We offer in-store pick up. When that is not possible, parcels are shipped via Canada Post. In most cases standard shipping costs apply.

Furniture and larger item shipping is arranged after purchase.  (Within 24-hours of purchase, a Karger representative will be in touch.)  

Please contact us prior to purchase should you have any questions or concerns regarding shipment of larger items.


We want you to feel like every item you select is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we are here to help.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

We will be happy to give you store credit for your return, or you could choose to have the original payment method refunded.

Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
